CLASSROOM BRIEF
To create a sister identity for the extension of a pre-existing brand.
OVERVIEW
A refreshingly modern beer brand that was proudly imagined in India, Bira91 aspires to bring flavourful beers to the new world. It aims to resonate with the young urban population of India with a key focus on taste, flavour and quality.
'Chakna' is an iconic part of the Indian drinking experience. Munku is a snack line that is specifically crafted for the urban Indian drinker. It combines light, sensible nibbling with unique flavours in small, affordable servings.

The iconic mascot goes local and is seen sporting regional ensembles. Keeping with the country code (91) that accompanies Bira, Munku is complimented by the postal codes of the Indian cities that it draws its flavours from.
